QR Menu Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know before turning your paper menu into a mobile one.
01How quickly can I create a menu?
Most restaurants can upload a clear menu photo, review the AI result, and publish a mobile menu in about one minute. Larger or complex menus may take a little longer to review.
02Do I need a credit card?
No. The six-month free offer does not require a credit card.
03Does MenuGo take orders or payments?
No. MenuGo intentionally provides a simple, readable menu without checkout, tipping, order management, or payment processing.
04Which files can I upload?
You can upload JPG, PNG, or WEBP menu photos up to 10MB. Clear, well-lit photos produce the best results.
05Can I edit the AI result?
Yes. Every category, item, description, price, label, image, and sold-out state can be edited before or after publishing.
06How does translation work?
Choose a language in the preview and MenuGo translates the restaurant header, categories, item names, and descriptions while preserving the original order.
07Can one restaurant have multiple menus?
Yes. Create breakfast, dinner, holiday, drinks, or seasonal submenus under the same restaurant and reorder them with drag and drop.
08Will my QR code change after edits?
No. Once published, the menu URL and QR code remain stable when you edit and publish again.
09Can I mark an item as free or sold out?
Yes. A price of 0 appears as FREE, and any item can be marked SOLD OUT without deleting it.
10Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code and open the menu directly in their mobile browser.
