We collect information you provide when using MenuGo, including your workspace name, restaurant and menu content, uploaded menu photos, item images, and profile details. We also collect basic technical information necessary to operate the service, such as browser type, device information, timestamps, and service logs.
2. How we use information
We use your information to create, edit, translate, store, and publish mobile menus; generate permanent menu links and QR codes; provide support; secure the service; diagnose errors; and improve MenuGo.
3. AI processing
When you use menu scanning or translation, the relevant image or menu text is sent to an AI service provider solely to perform the requested task. Do not upload confidential information that is unrelated to your menu.
4. Storage and service providers
Menu data, account records, and uploaded images may be stored with cloud infrastructure providers such as Supabase. AI features may be processed by OpenAI. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
5. Published menus
Menus you publish are publicly accessible to anyone with the link or QR code. Draft menus remain associated with your workspace and are not intended for public access.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account or workspace remains active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. You may also object to certain processing. Contact us to submit a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please use MenuGo responsibly and protect access to your device.
9. Children
MenuGo is intended for restaurant operators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and contact
