By accessing or using MenuGo, you agree to these Terms. If you use MenuGo for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The service
MenuGo helps restaurants create, translate, edit, and publish informational mobile menus. MenuGo does not process guest orders, payments, tips, or financial transactions.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for maintaining control of the device and browser used to access it. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of menu text, images, branding, and other content you provide. You grant MenuGo a limited license to host, process, display, translate, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate the service.
5. AI-generated results
AI scanning and translation may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing menu names, ingredients, allergens, prices, translations, and other information before publishing. MenuGo is not a substitute for professional allergen, legal, or translation review.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use MenuGo to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malicious content, mislead guests, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
7. Free offer and future plans
Eligible users may receive six months of free access without providing a credit card. We may introduce paid plans or change offer eligibility in the future, but we will provide clear notice before charging for a service.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve MenuGo. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers and liability
MenuGo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, MenuGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including losses caused by inaccurate menu content or translations.
10. Termination and contact
